Plymouth Area Youth Work Managers

Youth workers work with young people aged between 11 and 25 in a range of different settings, including youth clubs and centres, on summer activity programmes, on the streets and in parks, in schools and colleges and in special projects.  The aim of youth work is to provide young people with opportunities for personal and social development that enable them to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to play an active role in decisions that affect their lives.
