The following information requires amendment since the publication of the book in January 2004:

Pages 2,8,10,18 Mothercare - as a result of the redevelopment of Drake Circus, Mothercare has been temporarily re-located to Campbell House, Colin Campbell Court, Plymouth, PL1 1PZ  (telephone number is unchanged).

JoJo Maman Bébé opened in Dingles, Royal Parade, Plymouth in February 2005.  Tel:  (01752) 266611

Page 3 Whoopee - 74 Royal Parade, Plymouth.   Tel: (01752) 225030.  A recently-opened independent toyshop with a great range of toys for all ages.
Page 4 A1 Buycycles - The Workshop, rear of 28 Biggin Hill, Ernesettle, Plymouth. Tel: (01752) 369369
Page 5 County Books - New George Street.   Closed down 2004.
Page 10 Unique Maternity and Childrens Wear  - The Moneycentre.  Closed down September 2005
Page 21 The Royal Citadel, Plymouth Hoe - change of telephone number - now (01752) 255629.  Open between May and September at 2.30 pm.   Tickets available from the Blue Badge Guide at the main entrance (not from Tourist Information Centre).  Visits for private groups can be arranged at any time of year.   Telephone for further information.
Page 28 Dartmoor Prison Museum, Princetown.
Page 28 Kitley Caves, Yealmpton.  Closed down.
Page 29 Parke Rare Breeds Farm, Bovey Tracey has now closed down.
Page 38 The Cafe - also closed as a result of the redevelopment of Drake Circus; the Cafe is hoping to re-open in the near future.
Page 39 Hobbs Coffee and Chocolate House - also as a result of the redevelopment of Drake Circus, Hobbs have closed in Eastlake Street, but are open at 34 Mayflower Street, Tel: (01752) 667843.  They do not open on Sundays, except in the run-up to Christmas and the premises are non-smoking.  All other information is as for Eastlake Street, although there is a staircase to the first floor premises.
Page 62 Leisure Activities - Art The Munch Bunch is a group of young people (13 - 18 years) with a real interest in art, history or the natural sciences who meet here once a week.
Page 64 Jazz-Mataz - Children's Music Group
Page 73 Plymouth Youth Afloat:  (based at the Routeways Centre, Chapel Street, Mount Wise, Plymouth) works in a variety of ways, with young people from 8 years up to 25 years from certain areas of Plymouth.  They use water-based activities to provide fun, as well as exciting personal development.  Tel:  (01752) 300234

SKATEBOARDING     Plymouth City Council has built a skate park in Central Park near the swimming pool.  It consists of a variety of features and is a good size, having been designed for all ages.

Page 104 Other Health Services - information to add:

The Wholistic Health Centre    Tel:  (01752) 229800.  Offers a number of alternative therapies for adults and children, including a weekly "green" mother and baby group.  (There is a charge for the services offered.)
