Whats On
It’s surprising how much is going on in Plymouth when you know where to look, particularly free events! If you want to receive a fortnightly email newsletter with lots of information about family-friendly events, go to the Contact Us page and submit your email address.
Check out the Holiday activities page for links to providers of holiday workshops, events, etc. Make sure you do this in good time to book places as many are full before the holidays begin.
For last minute updates, also take a look at The Parents Guide to Plymouth Online Calendar
Events listed here are those which are advertised as being suitable for under 16 year olds unless marked otherwise. See below for more What’s On ideas.
Items are included here in good faith, but it is advisable to telephone the venue before travelling any distance to check availability, times, prices and appropriate age range.
- Go to the Plymouth Parent Partnership Schools Out website for details of many local activities – an interactive map allows you to select events in your neighbourhood.
- Plymouth Theatres and Cinemas. Following the link to the Plymouth Pavilions and Theatre Royal will enable direct access to their websites for full information on events at these venues.
- To find comprehensive lists of activities in your area of the city, check out the Children’s Centres
